Terms of Service

General

✿ Commissioned works are for personal, non-profit use only.✿ By default, I retain all rights to all my work and has the right to post it on my platforms.✿ Feel free to upload commissioned works on your accounts.✿ Work completion may take 2-4 weeks.✿ Usage of commissioned work for AI Tools or Machine Learning programs is strictly prohibited.

Payment

✿ Ko-fi Donations✿ Pay 50% after lineart is approved and done
and the other 50% once artwork is finished.✿ Strictly no refunds please.✿ Additional character charge +100% of base price.✿ For NSFWs: additional $10 to the overall price.

Others

✿ Unli revisions only during the sketching and lineart phase. If there are any changes needed after the approved and finished lineart, please do keep it as minimal as possible as I will not do any major revisions.✿ I will keep in touch with you throughout the process and will actively send wips and/or any progress.✿ Please do provide some references (poses, clothes, color palettes) and/or short descriptions.✿ Final output will be shared thru gdrive.
